MISS AMANDA TOTO

As the front face of the practice, Amanda is responsible for managing phone calls, bookings and payments for all four of the doctors. Always friendly, she greets everyone who walks through the doors with a smile and treated me with no exception. She showed me around and explained to me the various systems that the doctors use for bookings, patient files and payments etc. The intricacies of running a private practice were opened to me as she explained that most of the doctors use different systems and take responsibility for ordering their own individual stock.
