EXPLORING INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE
The human body is an intricate interconnection of systems that communicate and interact to present you to the world as the unique individual that you are. No system can function independently of another and therefore an attempt to treat them as such may produce less than satisfactory outcomes. It was when solely allopathic means left me at wits end with with my own health issues that I discovered the world of Integrative Medicine.

WHAT IS INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE?
Integrative Medicine is the union of allopathic and alternative medicine that recognises the unique nature of each individual and strives to support health and the natural healing ability of the body above adressing an isolated pathology. It recognises the interconnection of systems within the body and its surroundings and that the presentation of dis-ease comes as a result of various interplaying factors with multi-factorial routes.
Emphasis is placed not only on the practitioner-patient relationship but on equipping patients to be able to take ownership of their health.
